Hotel Pricing Announced

Room fees are $139 for 2 Queens, $129 for 1 King bed
Reservations will be accepted in January, coinciding with the opening of event registration on January 9, 2017

Terms and Conditions

  • Pricing noted above does not include applicable taxes
  • Rooms are available for check-in after 3:00pm and checkout time is 12 noon.
  • A credit card must be presented upon check-in
  • Reservations must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to intended arrival in order to avoid cancellation charges. Attendees will need to obtain a cancellation number from the DoubleTree reservations agent.
  • In the event of a no-show or cancellation after the 4pm day of arrival policy the attendee will be charged one night guestroom fee plus all taxes.

About the Venue

The conference will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Philadelphia-Valley Forge.
The address is 301 West Dekalb Pike, King of Prussia, PA 19406, USA.

The hotel is just 30 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport and close to the King of Prussia Mall – one of the largest malls in the country. While staying at the DoubleTree Valley Forge you will be able to take advantage of the amenities including an outdoor pool and fitness center. There is ample parking for attendees driving in to the conference.
